If I go threw with the plans for the lip kit as it looked, this exhaust will be moved up about 2 1/2 inches, be moved inward 1 inch and move the tips 6 inches closer to each other...

 

Sounds nice... I only have a single-tip outlet on my exhaust, but I moved mine up into a cut-out on the bumper, and in a bit as you described. Just my preferrence, but I think nice recessed tips look cleaner that way...
