yeah, i got money in my pocket but i am sure i will need some more to get a decent car. scrap prices have went threw the roof, and i am not sure what this guy is thinking but he wants two grand... it is deff rough for that price.... i could see MAYBE a grand... but that would be max.... we will see in a few days i guess

 

it has some bent valves due to the timing belt. im rebuildin da whole thing wit Eagle rods, pistons, r/t springs,r/t cam, borla header, seals and all dat business, i got the head off da block today

 

Yes I work 50+ hours a week, full-time. I do engineering work for a company just outside of Des Moines. I check DF at work when I have a break and nothing better to do. I get on here at night when the kids are asleep and have nothing better to do. I have had project/drag cars in the past, but right now a project car = extra money and expense that I do not have at the moment, or money that I need for other things.

Supporting two kids here at home, a wife, providing full medical coverage for everyone, and paying huge child support to an ex will do that to your finances.
