Well my tc4 only has a traxxas VXL in it right now. But that tc4 thats going 135 has a mamba max 7700kv motor where as i am going to get the mamba max 9000kv motor they just came out with. Just a hint if you don't know the higher the kv the better. Also that tc4 has a 5 cell lipo and i'm just gonna use a 2 cell lipo. So i still won't be as fast but it'll still be wicked.

 

sooo smallblock, at 135 if u loose control what does the rc car become???? lol, i am thinking extra parts??? how much is one of them things, it looks sweeeeetttt..... are they built for only pavement? if so i dont have anyware to run it.... but i have a street and u should bring it when u come see me in a few weeks with parts!!!!! lol

 

If you were to lose control of it going 135 there would be nothing left of it. LOL. I would say a tc4 is about 250 ready to run. Yes this car is meant for the pavement and carpet. I'll bring it with me.

they are about 15 mph stock. I have a low grade brushless and a cheap 2 cell lipo and my speedo clocks it at 35mph.

 

if they are stock at 15mph how the hell do they get it up to 135? that is just crazy.

 

with the best brushless motor there was until the new motor they made and the 5 cell lipo(i know not the voltage of a 5 cell lipo) But to figure out rpms from the motor you times the kv to the voltage. The 7700kv with a 2 cell lipo which is 7.4 volts equals pretty much 60,000 rpms and with a 3 cell lipo you have 11.1v which equals pretty much 84,500 rpms. Which means that 7700kv motor he is using it spining at well over 100,000 rpms. Plus gearing so thats how you make it fast. There new motor is a 9000kv so you can only imagine the speeds this car will achieve with that 5 cell lipo if it had the new motor.
