Default i have a serious problem

i just recently put my stock springs on cause i was tired of the drop and the ride. i had some complication on putting the driver side strut back on but it wasnt nothing to serious. i changed my tranny fluid and still had it up on the jack stands, started it up and let it run for a while in gear so i could see if i needed to add some more. well while i was doing this i notice i had a disturbing sound. a grinding noise on the driver side. i wanted to no if my throw out bearing was getting bad or anything. sounded like my rotors were bad or something but that wasnt it.
