if you notice, thats why their prices are higher. its included in the price. If you go to your local audio store you can get a cd player usually installed for free or if your doing it yourself they usually give u a discouont on the harness and dash kit. When ever I sell a used radio I give the harness and dash kit for free as long as its not an expensive one for the newer cars.

Mine cost $500 when I did mine.
That included a new Pioneer head unit, wiring harness, dash kit.
Sony and Infinity mids.
New Sony 12" 1200-watt sub w/box.
Jensen 420-watt 2/1 channel amp, with 4-AWG wire, shielded RCA's, etc.
I spent $500. Porbably the cheapest and lowest-quality system I ever had, but it sounded decent for what it was. I ended up pulling the sub out though, now I just drive the mids off the amp (2 channels into all speakers).
