VOLTAGE STABILIZER

hey does a voltage stabilizer make a difference at all on a car without any serious mods? like jus a muffler?

Yeah, just make sure to keep you blinker fluid full. It will do you no good, don't waste your money, you already have a voltage regulator so the alternator does not spike.
