well i unhooked it.
guess it was some sort of vacuum hose.
got a new one hooked it back up.
and well my cruise control hadnt worked since like a year ago and then i was like maybe this piece of hose is affecting it.so the hose is hooked on and went to test drive the car engaged the cruise control and it works now so i guess that little piece of crappy hose affects the cruise control from engaging.

thats the cruise control solenoid it looks like its coming from... so i'd say its related to the cruise control box (the black box above the ignition coil...) i would test my cruise control system if I were you... then we might understand whats up.... ill check my car when i get a chance to see if mine is the same way or not as well...

but thanks anyways i realized it was the cruise control.

 

yup... :-D the black box is the vacuum distribution box or something like that for the cruise control so yea..... glad its all fixed...
