The Hanes T's will shrink... so 2 sizes bigger/longer is a good idea like N30N said, unless you want to show your mid-drift and look like a homo.

dude i work for a security place...right now im wearing fruit of the loom 3x and i have about 3 inches with my arms down between the shirt and waist...also from where my elbows bend the white T is 3 inches up my arm...it sucks but thats why they have to be bigger...
