ok karr my buddy made it for me from a machine like small is talking bout. Jazz is the name for my neon. I'm into transformers and Jazz is the silver car in the new movie. Jazz is also my favorite transformer characther. Background color can be done just it would be harder cause you would basically have 2 decals of different colors
