are you using 91 octane as required?
he doesnt have the mag engine just the intake you dont need to run 91 octane.
The rev limiter for all non-Magnum (R/T) 2nd Gen Neons is 6,750 while the R/T limiter is slightly raised at 6,815 RPM. But this is for MTX neons I believe, ATX is a little lower.
