i have some raze r74's and the size is 17x7 - 205/40R17. my friend has a 06 tiburon and he wanted to get them from me. and the wheel size for the tibby is 17x7 215/45-17. i dont really understand all of these numbers so would someone help me out? i was told putting on wheels with a different measurment thing will kinda mess it up? like driving at high speeds your steering wheeel shakes and stuff.

those will not fit, the neon and the tiburon have different lug patterns

 

they might if they are universal rims, but u really need to know what the offset isi think mine are 17x7.5 with a 40 offset.
