Default Gauge pods and gauges????

So i just bought a triple gauge pod along with volt, vacuum, and oil pressure gauges for it. Has anyone installed one of these on their neon? If so how hard was it to install everything. I already know I need an adapter for my oil pressure gauge but other than that how hard is it to wire and run everything through the firewall and everything else? Thanks I appreciate the help!!

Should be easy. Just hook the positive wire of the volt gauge up to your battery, and the negative to ground.

Hook the vacuum line from the gauge up to your intake manifold... a good spot would be to use a "T" in the vapor line running back into the intake BEHIND the throttle body.

There should be a bung and sensor already at the back of the engine block for the oil pressure, which should make it easy to parallel your new gauge up to. What type of gauge do you have? Do you have an analog with one wire only for signal?

I got my gauges through glow shift cause I got sponsored. For the oil pressure the easiest way to do it is to use their oil filter adapter plate. Its like 20 off their website. I love mine. Just wasnt too happy with the blue color so i had to switch them all to white. Im workin crazy hours but i will have a progress report with pics befor e I put her away for the winter. As for the rest do as IOWA says.

NO, kind of a pain in the butt, but you can get under there with a drill just to the left of the pedals, and should be fine.

Yea mine was an atx (for right now Anyway LOL) so I took out the plate and drilled a hole through it and sealed it up afterwards. But you should be able to get a hole through it no prob.
