Default Customizing Your Interior

Hey guys ..........when you are painting your interior like your center console what should you do? sand it? primer?

When I did mine I just cleaned it up really well and painted it. It would be better to sand it very lightly with a very fine grit sandpaper and then prime it.

What kind of paint do you use to paint the plastic. and how does it come out and does it scrach off real easy. I want it to last for a good time.

im going to be repainting mine come spring. changing the color scheme from red/white to red/black

Krylon makes a good plastics paint

yeah if you use that krylon plastic paint, you probably dont even need to prime it
