Does anyone know what the backspace is for a 17x6 factory Srt-4 wheel?
And also does anyone know if the 2004 neon sxt is pre-wired for factory fog lights?

I don't know what you are referring to for backspace.
No 2gn gen neons came prewired for foglights, unless they came form the factory with them.

 

I would assume she means the offset for the wheels? I don't know what it is, I'd search, but I'm kind of lazy. Oh and welcome to the forum.

 

Backspace and offset are two different things.

Offset is how far forward/backward the mounting surface is from the center of the wheel.
Backspacing is the distance of the mounting surface to the inside lip of the wheel.

Don't know if this will help as it seems really generic. Backspace to offset chart. Maybe work backwards? If I had the offset, it would (should) be fairly easy to convert it back.
