Well I decided to clean the car today after work, degrease the engine and wash the exterior for the E.D.G.E show on Saturday. While I was working on the passenger side I noticed this....





My fear is that it is not safe to drive it until I can get a new tire....

I currently have BF Goodwrich 225/35 ZR19's I'm pretty sure it will be hard to find one before the show, and will not cost me an arm and a leg..

So I will be looking around the area to see if something is possible for tomorrow.

If anyone knows a place that I can get a decient deal Let me know.

but in all honestly i really glad it was just the tire.... if u know what i mean....

 

I was so scared at first that something went horabaly wrong. If push comes to shove, just find a trailer and pull it with the aspen. Then unload it at the show.

 

yea im wit dj, im sure u can find a tire at ur specs. if they got 20s and 22" tires they should have 19s

 

yeah i know... it wasn't planning on getting a new tire since its been only driven for maybe 3- 4 months one or two days a week...

 

Man I was worried this was a story about a accident. Man Im glad to see its just about a worn tire. Thats to bad about your tire seeing as you dont drive much. How is your alignment?

 

yeah.. I fixed the issue. there was a rough edge where the autobody cut my fenders and didn't roll it back. Needless to say it will be too much of a headache to get them to buy me a new tire, so I used a large hammer and beat it until it rolled up and out of the way. I moved the worn tire to the rear for now, so it can be driven and will be getting it alligned in the morning. I have come to the conclusion that if my car ever does get totaled... I'm getting a challenger or a GTO...

 

CHALLENGER CHALLENGER. Thats cool that they are buying you a new tire. Thats like an extra 200-300 in your pocket. How far away is the show?
