It's a blast going through all those wrecks... Just one question, What on the 02 neons is compatible with an 04? All I'm seeing there is 02 and older. Would the rear disc brakes work on mine, and what do I need to take home? What about a manual tranny off the 02's?

 

Oh! And does anyone in the los angeles area know of certain yards that have 2nd generation neons?

 

pretty much certain thins are interchangable. bumpers are interchangeable if u get da headlights and taillights. suspension could b change, tranny im pretty sure could b changed. engine is a lil diff. 03 and up have NGC while da 02 dont, u can switch engines but you will need da pcm from da 04.

 

i think the trannies are different maybe, not sure. Pretty much everthing is interchangeable with the right parts.

 

Tranny was switched to a 4 speed OD in 03...
