2005 Neon turning left harder than turning right?

My son just bought a 2005 Dodge Neon SXT. We are noticing that when driving, the power steering is harder to turn left than it is right.

Any ideas what could be causing this?

check the power steering fluid and the tie rod ends. its probably not the fluid but you never know. and also try to look around for the PS lines and see if they are leaking.
