i know its stupid. but he had to give me that song and dance about just because they sell them dont make them legal. he was being a *****. i didnt even argue with him about it. just told him to write the dang ticket and send me home

its stupid. ive talked to some of the people that come into my work that have aftermarket hid's and they never had any tickets. i may just take it to court and show them my inspection paper. i had them on when i got it done and it passed. because i remember the place i took it to put a machine in front of each one of my headlights and checked something. i asked the guy what he was doing and i was told that they check the glare or some other crap on the hedlights now when they do inspections. i didnt pay any attention, all i know is that it passed. on the other hand, if i do take it to court, thats a day off of work im going to have to take. then i have to get a lawyer and probably pay court costs. which is alot more than the 70 dollar ticket. so i dunno. my court date isnt until feburary, so i have time to think on it.

 

show them that they are certified.dude im in CJ and all you need is some proof.

 

i think thats what im going to do. i have had them on way too long
