yeah it's not gonna be cheap at all. Custom firewall, floorboards, dash, seating, 4-link rear end, roll cage + tube chassis, 408 smallblock and 727 tqfl. The dash has to be gutted so that the tranny bell housing can fit and not hit the ground lol and a driveshaft going down the middle of the car. Don't worry once i start i'll start my own vehicle thread with all the pictures and steps along the way. I might want to buy a better camera before i start so that the pictures are good quality. Maybe once i start or finish someone else might want to follow in my foot steps and create another bad *** neon. I've been thinking though if i want to keep the 408 n/a or blower or turbo it. I can make 1500 hp with the 408 turned into a 410 running on alcohol but will need tore down and refreshed a lot or i could boost it so that i'm not ruining the piston wall. Plus if i used a blower i wouldn't be able to have this hood it deffs not tall enough. I don't know about nitrous for i haven't much practice with it and i don't want to run into a nitrous back fire and blow my intake through the hood. Any ideas are welcome for this project has not fully started and i would like some input on what other ppl think.

Yeah it's not i was just trying to cover the basics not go deep in depth with it. Trust me when i create my own progress thread it will be very in depth with information of everything and anything i do to the car plus pictures. It might hurt the eyes to try and read eveything i'll be putting down.

with your plans that would work. I would say on the project, just start with the v8. Maybe work on the engine, but no nitrous or forced induction. Later after you got it done, then do it.

Better take all the glass out cause that car will twist like a pretzel.

It won't twist with a tube chassis.
