Yea, I just painted it around 6 months ago. Girlfriend is needing a car to drive around to get back and fourth from work and school. So I decided to get an srt and let her take my car. I'm going up and getting one tomorrow morning http://rairdon.com/Vehicle.aspx?v=1540121 got them to go down to 11,300 out the door after taxes and all the other fees.

11,3 out the door is not bad at all.
I did like the black one best, but if its out of budget its out of budget
the silver one with 50k miles on it looked good too.
the 50k miles silver one looks like its all stock, which could be a good thing, depending on your estimation of whether it got raced/abused much.

be ready for an insurance hike

Yea, my insurance would be at $305 a month with a $220 car payment.

I loved the way the black one looked and would have gone for that but they wouldn't budge much on the price. The 50k silver was the same way. If this one has modification under the hood I'm going to ask them to drop the price down some more.

After owning a neon R/T and developing a liking for the smell of burning rubber,
I seriously thought about replacing it with an SRT-4. I could afford one, but I couldn't afford the insurance on it. So i got a 5-spd sxt, and I'll be modding it instead. After some further research though, I think i'd have been better off with another R/T, just a better starting point for modding I think. Hindsight's 20/20 though.

congrats on the new car! its pretty

Well I went out to the deakership today and ended up leaving with

http://seattle.craigslist.org/sno/ctd/1014169270.html

I paid like $15,100 after all the taxes and crude. They said if I didn't like the car or thought it was I could trade it in and get this one http://rairdon.com/Vehicle.aspx?v=1540121 as long as I didn't drive the first one over 400 miles after taking it off the lot. The blue one has a ton of mods under the hood. You think it would be worth keeping the blue one or trading it in for the silver one? They would give me $11,300 out the door, that includes taxes in it and everything. If it would be better to get the silver one I might go do that tomorrow.

What do you guys think?

depends on what mods there are under the hood, and whether they're worth a a few thousand dollars

also, one has 10,000 less miles, which i typically calculate to be worth about $1,000 so the blue one, with exact same stuff under the hood, i'd pay $1,000 more for. so yeah, take whatever you paid for the blue, minus $1000, minus $11300, minus the price of the mods... if that's below zero, keep the blue, if not get the silver. assuming they're both run equally well, etc, and you don't have a color preference.

either way, sharp car
