What is that bottom black piece? I've been trying to figure out what that is since I got the SRT-4 exhaust. Looks like a cutout piece for the bumper or something.

 

I don't think that is a separate peice, I remember when I got the MOPAR lip kit...even tho I didn't use the rear lip, I'm pretty sure it said in the instructions that you could paint that stip in between the exhuast cut-outs black, if you want...and there is a molded in line to follow for painting

 

Oh, ok. I see it now. Thanks! Probably be easier and cheaper to get the lip kit than find a new bumper...
