Default One problem and a suspension question

So coasting at about 20-35 mph in my 04 sxt, i would hear a "rrrrrrrrrr"...ing....noise.....on the back right wheel area. sorry its hard for me to imitate the noise with words but i tried.......btw, i only hear it when coasting with no gas or anything. brakes probably?......

so the suspension questionis, i am planning on lowering the neon1-3 inches, buddies of mine referred me to some.......cup kits, springs, coil overs. so i ask you fellow neon lovas and whats best for the car and why?.........any more input would be greatly appreciated.

thanks

hey hey bro, the only thing i can think of would be low pressure on that particular wheel, to check this, is if the sound slows down also while your coasting... or does it stay the same pitch... thats all i would know about that, or maybe the bearings are going out in your spindle... sorry i cant help too much on this issue...

NOW one thing to help you out, when aligning a neon, they only align side to side... not top to bottom... Gay..... yes i know this... im not sure but i think its camber... i cant remember exactly what its called..

When you lower your neon, the tops of your wheels will point out, you have to buy a kit... if that is camber, it will be a camber kit... i cant remember but im pretty sure its camber.. but anyways, you get this kit and put it on so it will pull the top of your wheels back in where they are supposed to be.

I got coilovers for my neon, but when i started to put it on, i noticed that it would be impossible to adjust, so therefore i researched a bit and learned you have to get this kit... but i havnt found one online yet.. If i do come up with something i will let you know... hopefully more of these neon nuts hahaha will know something more about this.
