Since I can't find a local buyer for my stock SXT catback I was going to maybe sell it to a metal recycling place but I have no idea what kind of metal it is or how much it weighs etc...if someone knows or has a link with the info I would really appreciate it.

I'd call the recycler first to see if they will even take it. If they do, just drive over there. They will weigh it anyways to see how much it is.
