I cannot get the harmonic balancer to go in all the way.

Are there any special tools or tricks to get this back on?

harmonic balancer, if your talkiing about the crank pulley....

i use an impact wrench on this, but if you cannot access one of these, youll have to figure out a way to foul it up so it wont move when you tighten it up... i know its rough cause theres not much to foul it on, be careful not to bust your timing belt case, make sure its in gear... that may help... sorry im not much help bro... good luck
