Default Help for my neon

hullo my car recently is having a fuel problem. it idles fine but when i step on the gas it is like the deleviery of the gas is intermittent and the car bucks. some times it stalls when i am starting from 0mph and giving it gas. the engine codes it shows are p 0481, 0480, 0443, 0499.. the 2 fan ones are i think related to damage i sustained on wire harness over winter.. if anyone can tell me what the other 2 mean and what may be going out on my car i thank you.

Looks like they are emissions/driveability codes....obviously. I'd check those two solenoids first.
