Programmable chip for 2001 Dodge Neon?

I was wondering if there is something like this available for a 2001 Dodge Neon. A chip that could be programmed to raise the idle to say 900 rpm.

you'd have to get a little engine programer thingy mcbober.i'd say check the aftermarket sites up on the sticky posts.a good performance chip is venom
