Those are not too bad. 680 is decent, I've seen wheels for a lot higher and less. I spent less on my 17s, but that was a few years ago so that may have had something to do with that.
We also have to consider that shipping them to Puerto Rico is expensive so the price here may be higher. But I'm still goint to get quotes from otre places here.
