Default Exhaust info/opinions

hello all, im new here, and new to owning a neon. Its a 2001 ES 5-speed. The converter is done and i just picked up a magnaflow converter, I was debating changing out the cat-back. I REALLY hate the fart can sounding exhausts, so I was wondering if they make anything that doesnt have that ridiculous sound. Im a muscle car guy so im used to that throaty tone. Let me know what you guys think and thanks in advance! Oh and probably should mention im not looking for anything really loud, just a bit more then stock.

Bunch more threads, just did a quick search and these were the first three. You can also search for flowmaster, vibrant, amongst others.

I just don't see a 4 cylinder having a deep sounding exhaust (I'm equating "deep" to the sound of a V8). Maybe it's just me, but I'd be interested too if there is such a thing.

cut-out's and even straight SRT exhausts end up sounding raspy and high pitched... not deep and low...not to mention the popping you get after u let off the gas....

like they said, don't know if you can get deep and low out of a newon with a 2.0l engine...

here's a video with sound of mine.... (ignore the wheels)
