SRt looks almost stock to me also. At first I thought the white neon was srt powered and I was gonna say "damn, that thing is a real sleeper". But then I saw the park bench on the SRT then I realized it was just a regular neon.

 

Well, my car is mostly stock, K&N filter only. I am planning on getting the SRT conversion and painting the spoiler red. It will be a sleeper once I'm done.

 

not to be calling you a liar, but that srt is def NOT 605 hp. the only mods i see are mopar cai (with tape on it) msd coil (which adds nothing) heat shield (nothing) and an oil catch can (nothing). so unless that roof scoop is feeding another engine in the trunk with some real work done to it where he needs that obnoxious spoiler to keep himself from flying away and the hood pins to keep the stock metal hood from flying off, that car is not even making half that. my suggestion would be to take off the spoiler, roof scoop, those extra turn signals that he put on, and the stupid mesh in front of his stock intercooler. he should also stop lying about the speed of his car because thats just stupid. i do like his rims, and your car looks nice and clean so good luck with it

edit: sorry if i come off harsh, but i absolutly HATE when people lie about what they have on their cars. i have a kid by me that does that and hes even gotten jumped for running his mouth so much. keep up on your neon though, i see potential

As I should have said before. I know little to nothing about cars and I am going off what the guy said. My apologies for the misunderstanding.

 

Thank you Mike. I try and keep it as clean as possible. Its been some weird weather recently or else it would be much cleaner and nicer. I wish I had a cover or garage of some sort that I could keep my car in. I want to keep putting stuff in my car I have seen some sick, and fast Neons around and also on this site. You guys need to teach me some stuff. I have been wanting to learn about engines for a while but I know nothing. I dont even know where to start.

 

just look on this forum kabnoot, there is a ton of info on it... and trust me we r not railing on u personaly on the srt, just the owner... lol.....

ur car is looking good... i like to see the work in progress cars myself... i kick myself everyday for not taking a pic of my car when i first got it....
