Default Spark plugs and wires

If I get bigger spark plug wires what will that do? Also what are good spark plugs to get?

Better wires will just last longer typically.

As for Spark Plugs you can get either the stock Champion or NGK which will last a touch longer. Stick with copper or go all the way to iridium,

Unless you have modifications done to the engine that require a more powerful spark, nothing really, just waste money.

You can get the set of factory Champion plugs for about $10. Again, unless you have modifications that require better/stronger spark, no need to spend the extra money IMO.

Duralast vs. Bosch wires. Are there any realy big differences other than the price?

Autozone Duralast - 22.99
Bosch - 39.99

LOL thats my wires.both of em are stock.they're not high output or high performance.i'm guessing the bosch ones might last a little longer.i purchased the duralast ones and the sylicone they're made with is way stronger then the stock plugs.i've had em for about 9 months and no problems yet.

Thanks for the heads up. I got to help my bro out today. My neighbor recommended the Bosch (He swapped an ES into basically an SRT4) Just wondering if there was more "magic" in the dollar value. Both have a lifetime warranty

no problem dude.msd's are performance and as long as the bosch and duralast ones are inexpensive then there just a little better then stock which is all you really need GL
