Default I just put my exhaust on and...

Well my buddy had an srt-4, and replaced the exhaust when he bought it and fortunately for me, he saved everything. My cat was bad, so I replaced my exhaust with the stock srt-4 exhaust, and it sounds great. Mounted right up for the most part, looks pretty sweet too. My question is, I'm going from a 2" exhaust to a 2 1/4" exhaust the whole way back (manifold is still original size, but cat had a 2 1/4 in/outlet aswell) and I wanted to know if this will affect my fuel economy in a bad way. I wasn't looking for HP gains or anything, just wanted a decent sound without hurting my fuel consumption. Out of curiosity, how much of a power loss is this? Thanks guys, if I had a microphone I would record it, I can't believe how deep the tone is!

I'd imagine it being a single exhaust, it will be fine. I would not go any bigger than that though unless you start getting a decent bit more horsepower.
