Default engine?????

Hey,
My dodge neon sxt 2004 has that clicking sounds in the side of the engine ..
exactly like in this video...

is there any problem?!

Rod knock maybe? Sounds like something inside the engine isn't happy ATM. What's the maintenance history been for this car?

it`s more like a little ticking, I know my motor mounts are not good...but I don`t think that would cause the ticking??

Also for the oil I don`t know ...I should check ..!

Lifter noise... Is that Expensif to change???

depends if you know how to do it or not...i know first gen neons are infamous for a tick but idk about 2nd gens..and can you turn a wrench or not?

Yeah, lifter tick. My bad. Thinking the wrong thing at the time, obviously. Develops from, let's make it easy and simple and say, not properly maintaining the engine. Shouldn't be too bad if you do it yourself.
