Default 2003 SE Passenger Side Mirror

I have a 2003 Neon SE-the base model, but it does have auto/tilt/cd. I have looked at a bunch of threads and the owners manual more times than I can count and I can't find an adjustment toggle for it. Did these things not come with an adjustster toggle?

Do you have power mirrors? If so the toggle should be above the 4 way adjustment pad that is lock switches on the driver side door, if you have manual mirrors I have no clue.

Unhappy

They are manual. My 97 Neon had manual mirrors, but there was a toggle on each side for adjusting them. This has a flat plastic cover with no toggle. I have had the car for over four years and have looked a bunch of times, everywhere and can't find any info on a passenger side toggle. I really think they didn't put one on it.

Yeah, it is just a pain though to have to get out of the car(back injury prevents me from stretching all the way across the car to do it inside) adjust it a touch. Get back in and hope it is ok, then get out(if it isn't) and go bump it a little more. Then get back in and hope it is ok. Why on my base 97 would it have an inside adjuster and not on the 03? Seems a little wierd. Oh well, I like the car anyway. It isn't as fast or handle as well as my 97 Neon, but I like it. Of course, if it had a manual like the 97, it would probably be alot quicker.

I find if I line up the mirror piece with the front of the housing, I can see perfectly. (i.e.- make them flush with each other). Saves me lots of time if it gets moved, line it up and good to go.
