I just bought my wife a 2000 neon, Cylinder 1 has really low compression, I put i little bit of oil in the cylinder and it up'ed the compression from 60 to 80, so i deduce that it is the valve seals, now the engine has 200kms and i'm not really interested in a rebuild, so i decided the best thing to do would be to swap in a lower km engine, I've never worked with these cars/engines i'm more of a kl series engine man. so is there any tips or even better a walk through guide for doing the swap? its a auto by the way. thanks in advance for the replies.
