Maximum Speed in Each Gear
Well mine is like this:
1st: 30mph
2nd: 60mph
3rd: 90mph
4th: ???mph (limiter cut me off before I found out)
5th: ???mph (limiter cut me off before I found out)
Don't ask me how I know this....LOL.

Thanks, the reason I asked the question is because, I have the auto trans, which I believe is 3 gears, and the manual is 5 gears. I think my gears top out at
1st - 30
2nd - 60
3rd - 80 (If it is a 3 speed, it should top of at the cars limit, but after 80, the car looses noticable power; after 100 it loses significant power).

I have a 2000 neon with a 3-speed auto. I put a shift kit in last year and can manually control each gear. First gear get me close to 40 at the red line. 2nd gear will get me over 70. And third I had to 110 the other day. I put a header, cold air intake, and high flow muffler for add ons too. The third gear pulls alot better with the mods on now than stock. The stock auto is a slug and you definately need the shift kit to get some guts out of the neon.
