I currently have no factory cut outs for my 05 neon, but i have would like to have fog lights any idea how how to install them or cut out the spots where most neon have them. well im open to any idea's..

Find a take off bumper with the cut outs in your car color? Cut the bumper and make custom brackets?

 

here's how I did mine on a non-factory foglight 2004 SE model. used the 2 lower left and right side grill things, cut out one of the cross-bars, attached the mount under the remaining cross-bar, then painted all the lower grills flat black.
