Angry Drivetrain problem

Alright...This, to me, sounds ridiculous and should never happen. When pulling out or getting on the throttle, my car pulls one way, then when I leave off it jerks the steering wheel back the other way. Dumb, right? I noticed that when I'm on the throttle then leave off, it clunks...I replaced the driver's side drive axle and it didn't really seem to do it for a day and now it is back to the same thing. Anybody have an idea of what would cause this?

Check tire pressure. Make sure all lugnuts are secure.

How are the suspension components? Anything worn?

Tires & Lugs are good. My Control arm bushings may be worn. Still have the stock rubber bushings at 52k miles. I heard Neon's eat through those. I don't know.

My CA bushings were toast. How about things like tie rod ends, etc.?
