obx long tube header

I am thinking about getting this item. Will it fit perfectly in my car and what is better about this model than other models? Does the long tube make more horsepower?

A header *frees* air flow currently tied up in the stock exhaust manifold. It's like you running with a 40lb sack on your back, then taking out 30lbs. Fits pretty snug from pics i have seen.
