ive been wanting a neon for as long as i can remember, and now either im just getting tired of looking at the old mopars in the backyard, or plain just getting a contience and would rather haul my kids around in something safer, its time to sell all my "crap" and buy a used neon.

would love the srt-4 but cant afford one yet, so am looking for a 2nd gen neon. was just wondering about any pointers on what to watch out for with these cars, and how high a mileage car is still reliable generally speaking?

and other than the front end what is diffeent between the 02 and 03 up models? also looking to lower and add rims.
