2000 dodge neon wont shut off
2000 Dodge neon
2.0 SOHC
195,000 miles
Starts just fine and runs. the problem is when you shut it off and remove the key from the ignition, all electrical componets shut off but the motor stays running and the IC stays on. The only way to get it to shut off is to dump the clutch or disconnect the battery cables.
Replaced the ingition switch and lock and cylinder, same results, no change. and just replaced the automatic shut off relay. no change there either
Anyone with some suggestions??????
