2005 Dodge neon sxt will not start. Lights and everything work good, but when the key is turned the engine will not turn over. There is no click or any noise from the engine compartment ......please help

 

Completely dead battery? Immobilizer light on/flashing? Did it just start doing it?

 

the battery is good ............Immobilizer light on/flashing where located?

check to make sure there is power and ground at the starter.

 

I just find out today theft alarm light stay on

 

That's the immobilizer system I mentioned. Something is wrong with the key or the actual system. That, I have no idea about. Sorry. I think a dealer has to fix it...

i think i know why, one time i stall my car on the way up my drive way and i tried to start it and it won't start. so i pop the hood and check. there will be a plug in front of the engine which is hard to explain. look at the picture and go check it and see if the plug is not loose.
just what happened to me so i tried to help PM me if it is or not
