i/m new to the site so i/m sure you/ve heard this a 1000 times. i/ve changed plugs before, just not in neon. whats the deal with the rubber boots!? does it require a special tool to remove them or just a good firm grip? changing plugs has never been a problem for me w/ my other vehicles and i don/t want to take it in to the shop just for plugs

 

Just give a little twist to the left and right and it should come right off. Once it starts to move to the side, they will be easier to remove.
