what are the cheap way to tune it up? so that it won't be too slow. This is my first neon. can anyone give me advice on the tune up.

 

on a tune up...oil change,spark plugs, depending on how many miles the belts, new brakes

 

i mean like add some HP and Torque on it, and how to increase max RPM. like performance stuff

A "tune-up" and "modifying" are two different things. That said, you have both above.

 

I just bought cold air intake, electical and non-eletrical intake supercharger. Now am planing to get downpipe and exhaust sys. I also think that I might need a performance intake and exhaust manifold. An I have a question, if I install both intake supercharger, will it be good or bad?
Also, could I get website that I can get those stuff that u recommend, it really hard to find larger throttle body for 2001 neon.

those things suck, they might only produce like a 2psi, its a waste of money. Like what was said before header, underdrive crank pulley, better wires and spark plugs, or if you have the money a better cam and get the head ported and polished. Check out the link above to Moderen Performance I have bought alot of things through them.

 

waste of money with those electrical superchargers. Go to the web site listed above Moderen Performance, you can also get a header off ebay I had one on my sxt and didnt have any issues with it. After you get some bolt on stuff and you still want more power you can always get a better camshaft and then port and polish the head out and see some great hp increase, plus with a valve job and bigger valves. But you'll need alot of stuff before you go that route
