i said "on stock bottom end even" so only add the cost of a top end kit it only takes about 180-ish whp in an all-motor 1g neon to run mid 13s with a little bit of weight taken out. its not like its really that hard. just ask on neons.org

i didnt relize my turbo doesnt start boosting until 3rd gear!? i could have swore i had positive boost in everygear! what kind of srt where you racing? once agian you made yourself look like a moron. you must have a magical sxt cuz a srt has over 100hp to the wheels on you. and in my case i have over double your hp i seriously dought with 132hp your going to beat my srt-4 or any other stock srt-4 short of one running on 3 cly. with its intercooler piping blown off on 87 octane
