I got this code and looked it up in my manual and it says the throttle position switch is getting too much voltage. Any ideas on how to fix this?

 

First of all are you having any symptoms rough idle, high idle or surging? If not then reset the PCM and see if it comes back. If it comes back check TPS plugs and wiring for corrosion shorts opens etc. Also check that the TPS is properly mounted (no loose screws). If all this checks out suspect a faulty TPS.
