Default 03 Neon Crankshaft seal

I'm replacing the timing belt/water pump on my '03 Neon 2.0 with 106K on the engine. I want to replace the crank & cam seals but am reading that a special puller & installer are needed for the crank sprocket & seal. Especially the installer to "install the crank sprocket to the proper depth or improper timing belt tracking will occur". Anyone have this issue? Does everyone just skip the seals if no leakage is there. I like to do all that stuff while I have it apart if possible. Any & all help is greatly appreciated.

I don't see anything in the shop manual that recommends changing the crankshaft or camshaft seal when doing the timing belt unless they’re leaking. Of course it doesn’t say anything about changing the water pump with the timing belt either.
