So the LED's and the halo's themselves are suppose to blink when you lock and unlock the car with the remote. The right side works about 40% of the time when the button is pushed to lock or unlock the car. The LED's work all the time, but the halo's are off and on. When i turn the lights on with the switch in the car, the halo's work about 70% of the time.
Is there anything i can do to fix this?? I have no knowledge what so ever with electrical issues, and i have very limited tools...
any suggestions?

 

I would say check your wiring, especially the grounds. Try grinding the paint off where you ground the wires to the frame.
