cold starting problem
i have a 04 neon rt. when i go to start my car when it is below freezing outside it gives me a problem. it will start then shut off. it will do this for basically my whole drive to work. it even stalls out driving down the road. when i get done work 12 hours later, and its the same temp, the car runs fine. any body have a clue why its doing this?
