Arrow Looking to turbo my 2004 Dodge Neon SXT! Help!

I am looking turn my stock 2004 Dodge Neon SXT into a sleeper and have no idea where to start. Any and all help would be great! I'm thinking for general parts that I'd need I'm looking at a TD04 Turbocharger, SRT-4 exhaust manifold, SRT-4 02 housing, SRT-4 front mount intercooler, SRT-4 FMIC piping (hot and cold) and a mattdog sohc to dohc manifold adapter. If anyone can give any information on how I would go about the transformation of this car with parts I should look for, prices and where to buy for the best price . Thanks!

I don't know the list of specific parts, though I'm sure there are threads around if you search for them. I do know you will need to get a standalone engine management system; something like the "Megasquirt" to actually be able to run a turbo on the 2.0.

Hahn Racecraft! Awesome kits and good hp! I had a kit on my 2003 sxt but i needed cash BAD so I sold the car... I still have most of the kit lying around...

Super 16G Turbo (10k miles only!)
Hahn Manifold
Hahn FMIC (600hp rated)
Black IC Piping
Boost Gauge and pod
HKS VBC MBC
...only thing you would need is Port fueler (with second injectors), BOV, and BOV elbow...

Let me know if your interested...

You can, you just cannot use the factory computer system since it cannot be tuned. The Megasquirt is an aftermarket, wire it up yourself, management system. There are some others as well.

Oh I see. Well will look into that . How about for a turbo kit? I found a nice Hahn racecraft turbo kit for 03-05 neons, how well do they do? Should I look for something better? Anything cheaper with the same quality?

If I ever decided to spend the money to turbo the Neon, I'd be looking at these as well: http://aspturbo.com/products.htm

The kit comes with the Megasquirt standalone engine management computer as well.

Great I'll take a look, I'm having a buddy mechanic of mine install it for me and he'll dyno it and all that good stuff, just looking into the best price for myself xD
