no. A lazy left foot will do that though.

Taking your subs out of your car will probably make you faster than putting an underdrive pully in. An Amp + an underdrive pully will kill your battery... you won't stall though. Don't waste your money on go fast mods if your gonna add weight to your car with speakers. Save you money for some new tunes.
